• If you decide to cancel registration after confirmation from AI, you must pay 170 euro.

• If you decide to stay in Jordan for a few extra days before or after the conference details for pre and post accommodation will be provided by the CC team prior to arrival.

• Only delegates arriving to Jordan on the 10th and11th of March will be provided transportation from the airport.Otherwise the CC will provide information of how to reach Amman from the airport.

• Flight information to be provided as soon as possible after confirmation, but maximum by March 1st.

• Delegate Fee is 230 Euro in addition to 25 Euro Damage Fee.
